Tilting Disc Check Valve Counterweight Dashpot Class 300

A pivoted disc opens at low differential pressure and closes with an adjustable counterweight or hydraulic dashpot. The controlled closing profile helps reduce surge in large pumping and pipeline systems. This tilting disc check valve is designed for large pump discharge and pipeline surge control and is available in 2–48 in with RF or BW connections. Body and trim materials, seat or seal system, operating characteristic, actuator, coating and inspection documentation can be configured to the actual pressure, temperature, medium and project specification. Where applicable, manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or self-operated configurations are available. Shell and seat testing, dimensional inspection and material traceability records can be provided with the order.
