Pneumatic Actuated Ball Valve – Double-Acting or Spring-Return

A factory-assembled pneumatic actuated ball valve package for automated process isolation, sequencing and emergency shutoff service. The valve can be supplied in threaded, welded or flanged construction with stainless steel or carbon steel body materials. Rack-and-pinion actuators are available in double-acting or spring-return configurations and are sized using the actual differential pressure and safety factor. Packages can include NAMUR solenoid valve, mechanical or proximity limit switches, position indicator, air filter regulator, manual override and partial-stroke accessories. Fail-open, fail-close and fail-in-place actions, control voltage, enclosure rating and tubing arrangement can be configured for OEM equipment and project specifications.
