PFA-Lined Flanged Ball Valve for Corrosive Chemicals

A PFA-lined flanged ball valve developed for aggressive acids, alkalis and corrosive chemical media. The thick fluoropolymer lining isolates the metal pressure shell from the process fluid, while the lined ball and stem sealing system provide a smooth, corrosion-resistant flow path. Full-port and reduced-port designs are available with ASME or EN flange dimensions. Optional features include anti-static grounding, locking lever, stem extension and pneumatic or electric actuation. Lining integrity can be verified by high-voltage spark testing, and body materials, liner grade and sealing components can be selected according to the chemical concentration, operating temperature and vacuum conditions supplied by the customer.
