Nickel-Aluminum Bronze Butterfly Valve for Seawater Service

Nickel-aluminum bronze, duplex stainless steel and marine-grade elastomer options improve resistance to seawater corrosion and biofouling. The valve can be supplied with gearbox, deck extension or pneumatic actuation for shipboard and offshore installations. This marine butterfly valve is designed for seawater cooling, desalination and offshore systems and can be supplied in DN50–DN1200 with Wafer, Lug or Flanged connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
