Industrial Ventilation Damper Butterfly Valve

A fabricated low-pressure butterfly damper controls air, flue gas and exhaust in large ducts. Single- or multi-louver discs, shaft seals, insulation clearances and electric or pneumatic drives can be engineered for temperature, leakage and torque requirements. This ventilation damper butterfly valve is designed for flue gas, air ducts, furnaces and ventilation and can be supplied in DN100–DN3000 with Flanged or Welded connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
