Cryogenic Triple-Offset Butterfly Valve for LNG Service

An extended bonnet keeps the stem packing away from cryogenic fluid temperature, while triple-offset metal seating supports low-friction closure and controlled leakage. Materials, seal stack and cryogenic testing can be matched to LNG and liquefied-gas specifications. This cryogenic butterfly valve is designed for lng, liquid nitrogen and cryogenic gases and can be supplied in 3–36 in with Wafer, Lug or Flanged connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
