Heavy-Duty Slurry Butterfly Valve with Replaceable Sleeve

A thick replaceable elastomer sleeve protects the body from abrasive slurry and pinches around the disc edge for dependable shutoff. Wear-resistant disc coatings, heavy shafts and pneumatic or hydraulic actuation are available for high-cycle mining and wastewater duties. This slurry butterfly valve is designed for mining slurry, tailings, wastewater and abrasive fluids and can be supplied in DN50–DN900 with Wafer or Lug connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
