Gear-Operated Double-Flanged Butterfly Valve, Up to PN25

The double-flanged body provides rigid pipeline alignment for large-diameter water transmission and pumping stations. An enclosed worm gearbox, replaceable liner, stainless steel shaft and corrosion-protected disc can be configured for buried or above-ground service. This double flanged butterfly valve is designed for municipal water, pumping stations and large pipelines and can be supplied in DN100–DN2000 with Double Flanged connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
