API 6D Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valve, Class 600

A heavy-duty trunnion mounted ball valve developed for high-pressure oil, gas, petrochemical and transmission pipeline service. The supported ball reduces operating torque and seat loading, making the design suitable for large diameters and demanding pressure classes. Independent spring-energized seats provide reliable sealing at low and high differential pressure, with double block and bleed, body cavity relief, anti-static protection and emergency sealant injection available. Forged steel body construction, RF, RTJ or butt-weld ends and manual gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric actuation can be selected to match project requirements. Optional fire-safe design, low-temperature materials, NDE and documented pressure testing support critical applications.
