API 602 Forged Steel Socket Weld Gate Valve Class 1500

A compact forged body, outside screw and yoke and renewable trim provide robust isolation in small-bore high-pressure piping. Bolted, welded or pressure-seal bonnet options and graphite packing can be selected for steam and refinery service. This forged steel gate valve is designed for high-pressure steam, oil and process lines and can be supplied in 1/2–2 in with SW, NPT or BW connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
