316L Sanitary Spring Check Valve Tri Clamp Food Dairy Pharmaceutical

A polished 316L flow path and spring-guided disc provide hygienic backflow prevention with quick clamp removal for cleaning. Elastomer, surface finish and drainable orientation can be specified for the process. This sanitary check valve is designed for food, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical process lines and is available in 1/2–4 in with Tri-Clamp or Weld connections. Body and trim materials, seat or seal system, operating characteristic, actuator, coating and inspection documentation can be configured to the actual pressure, temperature, medium and project specification. Where applicable, manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or self-operated configurations are available. Shell and seat testing, dimensional inspection and material traceability records can be provided with the order.
