Product Overview

A large hinged flap opens under forward flow and closes by gravity when the water level reverses. The epoxy-coated ductile-iron frame and EPDM sealing face tolerate wastewater solids while keeping head loss low. Flanged and wall-mounted versions are available in DN200–DN1600 at PN10. Hinge material, counterweight, opening angle, anchor pattern and corrosion-protection system can be configured for the civil structure and water quality. Dimensional inspection, leakage testing, coating reports and installation drawings can be supplied with the order.
