Product Overview
An extended bonnet maintains a vapor column that protects stem packing from cryogenic temperature. Low-temperature body materials, cavity pressure relief and project-specific cryogenic testing support liquefied-gas isolation. This cryogenic gate valve is designed for lng, liquid nitrogen and cryogenic gases and can be supplied in 1/2–24 in with RF, BW or SW connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
