Ceramic-Lined Butterfly Valve for Abrasive Slurry

A ceramic lined butterfly valve engineered for abrasive ash, coal slurry, mineral powder and erosive process media. The wetted disc, seat and flow path can be protected with high-alumina ceramic or selected wear-resistant linings to extend service life where elastomer seats wear rapidly. Wafer and double-flanged bodies, manual gear, pneumatic or electric actuation and replaceable wear components are available. This design provides a structurally distinct wear-resistant solution rather than another double-offset butterfly valve variation.
