Wafer-Type Resilient-Seated Butterfly Valve, PN10/PN16

A replaceable resilient liner provides bidirectional bubble-tight isolation, while the slim wafer body fits between common EN or ASME flanges. A one-piece shaft, streamlined disc and self-lubricating bearings support low operating torque and long cycle life. This concentric wafer butterfly valve is designed for water supply, hvac and general utilities and can be supplied in DN40–DN1200 with Wafer connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
