PTFE/PFA-Lined Wafer Butterfly Valve for Corrosive Chemicals

A molded PTFE or PFA liner isolates the metal body from corrosive process media, while the fully encapsulated disc and stem reduce metallic exposure. Lining integrity, antistatic features and actuator selection can be configured against chemical concentration and temperature. This fluoropolymer lined butterfly valve is designed for acids, alkalis and aggressive chemical media and can be supplied in DN40–DN600 with Wafer or Lug connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
