Pneumatic V-Port Segment Ball Control Valve

A V-port segment ball control valve designed for accurate throttling and high-capacity flow control in steam, slurry, pulp, water and process-fluid applications. The characterized V-notch provides stable modulation and a broad controllable range, while the self-cleaning shearing action helps handle suspended solids and fibers. Wafer and flanged bodies, soft or metal seats and corrosion- or wear-resistant trim options are available. Pneumatic actuator packages can include a digital positioner, air filter regulator, solenoid valve and limit switches for 4–20 mA control. Valve sizing, flow coefficient, fail action, noise and cavitation considerations can be engineered for the application.
