Industrial Cavity-Filled Ball Valve for Viscous and Polymer Media

A cavity-filled stainless steel ball valve that minimizes stagnant pockets between the ball and body for viscous, coating, food, cosmetic and specialty-chemical processes. Specially contoured seat inserts fill the body cavity and reduce retained product, cross-contamination and cleaning time. Full-port flow supports efficient transfer and pigging in suitable configurations. Flanged, sanitary clamp and weld-end versions are available with PTFE, modified PTFE or application-specific seat compounds. Surface finish, drainable orientation, cleaning method, operating torque and actuator selection can be tailored to the process. Manual, pneumatic and electric packages are offered for new equipment and line upgrades.
