High Pressure Forged Steel Check Valve 6000 PSI Instrument Line

A forged high-pressure body and spring-loaded poppet provide compact non-return protection in hydraulic, sampling and instrument lines. Crack pressure, seal material and end geometry can be matched to the system. This high pressure instrument check valve is designed for hydraulic, sampling and instrument tubing systems and is available in 1/4–1 in with NPT, Tube Fitting or Cone Thread connections. Body and trim materials, seat or seal system, operating characteristic, actuator, coating and inspection documentation can be configured to the actual pressure, temperature, medium and project specification. Where applicable, manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or self-operated configurations are available. Shell and seat testing, dimensional inspection and material traceability records can be provided with the order.
