Fire-Safe Triple-Offset Butterfly Valve, Up to Class 600

Triple-offset geometry eliminates rubbing between the laminated seal ring and body seat except at final closure. The torque-seated metal sealing system is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure and fire-safe process isolation with low fugitive-emission packing options. This triple offset butterfly valve is designed for refinery, petrochemical, steam and critical isolation and can be supplied in 3–64 in with Wafer, Lug or Flanged connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
