API 600 Bolted Bonnet OS&Y Wedge Gate Valve Class 300

A flexible or solid wedge, outside screw and yoke, renewable seats and bolted bonnet provide dependable full-bore isolation. Body, trim, packing, end connection and operator can be configured for hydrocarbon and process services. This bolted bonnet wedge gate valve is designed for refinery, oil, gas and petrochemical pipelines and can be supplied in 2–48 in with RF, RTJ or BW connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
