Product Overview

A continuous PFA or PTFE lining isolates the ductile-iron pressure shell from corrosive media, while a fluoropolymer-covered single disc closes automatically on reverse flow. The compact wafer body fits between standard flanges and reduces installation length. The valve is available in DN50–DN600 at PN10–PN16 for acid, alkali and chemical transfer service. Lining material, disc coating, spring assistance and flange compatibility can be selected for the actual chemical concentration and temperature. Spark testing of the lining, shell and seat testing, and material records can be supplied with the order.
