Two spring-assisted plates close rapidly at low reverse velocity, reducing water hammer and installation length. The compact wafer body fits between flanges and is available with resilient or metal seats for varied media. This dual plate wafer check valve is designed for water, hvac, pump discharge and utilities and is available in DN40–DN1200 with Wafer connections. Body and trim materials, seat or seal system, operating characteristic, actuator, coating and inspection documentation can be configured to the actual pressure, temperature, medium and project specification. Where applicable, manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or self-operated configurations are available. Shell and seat testing, dimensional inspection and material traceability records can be provided with the order.
