High-Temperature Metal-Seated Butterfly Valve for Steam and Hot Gas

A metal or laminated graphite sealing system, high-temperature shaft packing and heat-resistant alloy trim support hot gas, steam and thermal-oil service. Disc clearance, bearing material and actuator torque are engineered for thermal expansion. This high temperature butterfly valve is designed for steam, hot gas, thermal oil and furnace systems and can be supplied in DN80–DN1800 with Wafer or Flanged connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
