Silent Axial Flow Nozzle Check Valve Non Slam Pump Discharge

A guided disc and calibrated spring close before reverse flow develops, minimizing slam, noise and pressure surge. The streamlined axial passage maintains efficient flow for pump and compressor discharge applications. This silent axial check valve is designed for pump discharge, compressor and high velocity lines and is available in DN50–DN1000 with Wafer or Flanged connections. Body and trim materials, seat or seal system, operating characteristic, actuator, coating and inspection documentation can be configured to the actual pressure, temperature, medium and project specification. Where applicable, manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic or self-operated configurations are available. Shell and seat testing, dimensional inspection and material traceability records can be provided with the order.
