High-Performance Double-Offset Butterfly Valve, Class 150–300

Double-offset geometry quickly lifts the disc from the seat during opening, reducing friction, wear and operating torque. Reinforced PTFE, RTFE or metal-backed seat options support higher temperature and pressure than concentric resilient designs. This double offset butterfly valve is designed for steam, oil, gas and chemical process service and can be supplied in 2–48 in with Wafer or Lug connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
