Bidirectional Knife Gate Valve for Slurry Wastewater Mining

A sharpened stainless steel blade cuts through suspended solids and fibrous media, while replaceable elastomer or metal seats support slurry isolation. Rising-stem manual, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric operators are available. This knife gate valve is designed for slurry, pulp, tailings and wastewater and can be supplied in DN50–DN2000 with Wafer or Lug connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
