Pneumatic Wafer Butterfly Valve – Double-Acting or Spring-Return

A factory-matched rack-and-pinion actuator provides fast remote isolation with double-acting or spring-return fail-safe operation. Solenoid valve, limit switch box, positioner and air filter regulator can be assembled and function-tested before shipment. This pneumatic butterfly valve is designed for automated water, hvac and process isolation and can be supplied in DN40–DN600 with Wafer connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
