U-Section Wafer Butterfly Valve with Replaceable Seat, PN10/PN16

The U-shaped body offers improved rigidity and flange alignment compared with a narrow wafer body. A field-replaceable molded liner, multiple disc coatings and ISO 5211 mounting enable economical maintenance and straightforward automation. This u-section butterfly valve is designed for water treatment and industrial circulation systems and can be supplied in DN50–DN1200 with U-Section Wafer connections. Body and trim materials, seat or sealing system, operator, coating and documentation can be customized to the actual medium, pressure, temperature and project specification. Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation is available where technically applicable. Dimensional inspection, shell and seat pressure testing, material certificates and application-specific inspection records can be provided with the order.
